(3) Discounts apply based on pre-payment conditions:
a. Satisfied/Repeat Customer discount, if applicable, requires no advance agreement, but payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the end of the prior subscription period to receive the discount.
b. Conference Attendee Discount, if applicable, is available only if conference payment is received no later than 30 days prior to the conference date. Conference discount does not apply to attendee's travel, lodging and food costs associated with conference attendance.
c. Training Session Attendee Discount, if applicable, is available only if conference payment is received no later than 30 days prior to the training session date. Training Session discount does not apply to attendee's travel, lodging and food costs associated with training session attendance.
(4) Licenses are annual in term, so the functionality of the product will not expire as long as current annual developer and, if applicable, appropriate client access license (CAL) or production server agreements are in force. The developer license for APLNext products requires web-based (or call-in) activation and registration.
(5) A support incident is an ad hoc consulting session presented to a specific customer associated with a single issue reported by that customer. Reporting of an error in an APLNext product is not a support incident and there is no limit on reporting of such errors. The APLNext LLC product development team wants to hear about, obtain documentation on and rapidly resolve any such errors.
(6) Conferences and Training Sessions are subject to availability and scheduling by APLNext LLC.
(7) Fullfillment of all benefits of a product license may depend on proper registration and activation of the product by the licensee.
(8) Product functionality may require associated software and licenses, for example Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 is required for full functionality of the VisualAPL product.
(9) The Products from APLNext Partners are available subject to the terms and conditions determined solely by our Partners. These products are not warranted, guaranteed or supported by APLNext LLC.
