Microsoft Virtual Labs are available for many topics, including C#, Office, etc. Virtual Labs are a combination of an on-demand screen cast and a set of exercises which the viewer can perform using a virtual copy of Visual Studio 2005. Many of the techniques highlighted in these Virtual Labs are relevent to VisualAPL.
