Certain characters do not display properly when viewing the Visual APL Help File (VisualAPL Documentation.chm).

For example, in the section "11 APL Operators and Functions," it is very hard to tell that the symbol for assignment by value is a left arrow, and the symbol for assignment by reference looks like a thick dash instead of an equal sign.

Cutting and pasting from the help file to MS Word (with font set to APLNext) shows the symbols are the correct ones.  They just don't look right while viewing the help file.  This is very annoying and doesn't help getting used to new ways to do assignment.

(I saw the webcast on changing fonts within Visual Studio, so I don't have a problem there.)

Yes, we battle the help file fonts all the time.

We are getting ready to put up an updated set of documentation, and hopefully we will have resolved our disagreement with the fonts this time!

How is this coming along?  Sometimes the current help file is very hard to read.
